1. Non-Applicable Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Digital courses that have already been accessed,

  • Training sessions already conducted,

  • Downloaded learning materials,

  • Certificates already issued,

  • Change of mind after starting the course.


2. Quality Concerns

If you believe the course content or service quality is not up to the mark, please notify our support team on the same day of starting the course.

After reviewing the issue, our team may decide on:

  • A replacement course,

  • A partial refund,

  • Or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on case evaluation.


3. Technical Issues or Wrong Charges

Refunds or adjustments may be made in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments,

  • Payment system errors,

  • Failure to receive access due to a technical issue on our end.

These will be processed after verification.


4. Damaged or Defective Digital Content

If learning materials such as videos, PDFs, or worksheets are corrupted or inaccessible, please report the issue on the same day.
We will verify and replace the content promptly.


Third-Party Warranty or Support

If any course includes content or tools from third-party partners, issues related to those components must be addressed directly with the respective provider, if applicable.


Refund Processing Time

In cases where a refund is approved:

  • It will take 6–8 business days for the amount to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
